The Vile Nerfer
NERFER
The nerfer loves all things equal. Some nerfers will strive above all else to kill a powerful skill instead of finding alternate strategies to combat it.

Complaining

Dissatisfaction – Skill 5e 1c 20c
If target foe is under the effects of a nerf hex, then they loose 5…15 energy.

Buffing
Energy Buff – Enchantment 15e 1c 120r
For 20 seconds, party’s skills take 5…15 less energy to activate.
Recharge Buff– Enchantment Spell 15e 1c 120r
For 20 seconds, party’s skills take 10…20% less time to recharge.
Cast time Buff– Enchantment Spell 15e 1c 120r

What do you think of the idea? Personally I think some of the skills may need taken down a notch.

Nerf the nerfing skills, the're too strong. Buff the buffing skills because they're way too weak, and oh my gawd, I hate complaining skills!

These are simply way to powerful. ANet needs to tone these down a notch. Maybe like "For 1 second" instead of 20. Also, 15 energy is way too much. Maybe like .0000000001 energy. That would make it a pretty well-rounded set of skills.

These are pathetically weak. Make Energy Buff last for at least 12000000000000000000000000000000000000 seconds. THAT would at least give it a chance in PvP. Right now, it's just stupid. No one would use it.
The rest need a similar, if not equal buff.
